Caribbean cruises: Leave your cares drift away in this tropical paradise

If you imagine a Caribbean cruise, just sand and earth, then you are right. But there are some important differences between Western, Eastern and Southern Caribbean. All offers miles of sun and the bank, but it is much more to each region.
Although there is some overlap of the country, you can cruise in the West Eastern and Southern Caribbean, each region is very distinct.

Western Caribbean

If you are not sure what there is to see in the western Caribbean, check out some of its largest cities: Havana, Santo Domingo, Port-au-Prince and San Juan. Seems familiar? This region is located north of South America, southeastern Gulf of Mexico and east of Central America. The area has 7000 islands islets, reefs and keys. Some call the Caribbean, but it actually includes the largest Greater Antilles, Lesser Antilles, the Bahamas, Cuba, Jamaica, Honduras, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Turks and Caicos Islands and Puerto Rico.

Eastern Caribbean

The Organization of Eastern Caribbean States including Antigua, Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. As these islands are close enough to the USA, this proved to be one of the most popular routes for cruise ships.

Southern Caribbean

Located near the equator in the Southern Caribbean enjoys a climate tropical all year round. This region includes Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Netherlands Antilles, Aruba and Grenada.

Cruises

The best way to see all or part of the Caribbean is probably on board a ship. You can spend years cruising the western, eastern and southern Caribbean and still not see everything. Check out these popular itineraries:

West Caribbean

Spend six days and five nights aboard the Celebrity Century. Prices start at $ 299 per person based on adult occupancy double. Take Miami, Florida, and seeing the three-day Honduras, Cozumel, Mexico, on four days and return to Miami in six days.
While at sea for two days, you can enjoy a variety of activities. For entertainment, choose full-stage performances at the theater two floors of fame cabaret and actors in place of Rendezvous, the dance hall Cristal, piano music and disco dancing in the living room hemisphere and blackjack, roulette, craps, Caribbean stud poker or slots at Casino Fortune.
If you are looking for more activities on board, feel duty-free shops on the Boulevard, two outdoor pools, sports such as bridges golf simulator, shuffleboard and jogging, and full service treatment in the beauty salon, sauna, steam room and fitness center. If you have children with you, see the youth counselors, program for children and video game room cyberspace.

Is Caribbean

Climb aboard Miami and spend eight days and seven nights on the Norwegian Pearl, at prices starting at $ 449 per person, based on adult, double occupancy. You will visit the ports of call to Samana, Dominican Republic, St. Thomas, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, and Great Stirrup Cay, private island purchased by the cruise in the Bahamas.
The Norwegian Pearl is a new ship, which has 12 restaurants, 11 bars and salons such as Salon Bliss Ultra with a new bowling alley, sports bar and nightclub.

If you are looking for new culinary experiences, see the Lotus Garden Asian dishes, tapas at Mambos, a nice cut of beef with Cagney and French cuisine at Le Bistro.
If you are concerned about your accommodation, take a look at some of the special spaces aboard Norwegian Pearl – the Courtyard Villas on deck 14. They have a private courtyard access a pool, spa, exercise room, sundeck and cabanas. There are also Garden Villas, each with 5000 square feet with three bedrooms, a private garden, spa and access to a private pool.

Southern Caribbean

At prices starting at 524 $ Per person based on adult double occupancy, you can spend seven days and six nights aboard the Caribbean Princess. From San Juan, Puerto Rico, you will find Three days of Aruba, Bonaire over four days, five days on Grenada, six days a Dominca and St. Thomas on seven days.
The Caribbean Princess is one of the largest Princess ships in the fleet, with nearly 900 balcony staterooms so you can enjoy the sea view For entertainment, you can watch movies under the stars with a giant video screen pool.

It also offers a flexible style of eating. You can select specialty food, restaurant Traditionally, when dining or casual dining. You can dine at the Sterling Steakhouse, Italian Trattoria Sabatini, theme Café Caribe – as well as a variety bars and lounges.
